The idea of Westhaven Events was sparked by a love for bringing people together and a passion for driving business growth. As former corporate marketing and event directors, we saw firsthand the incomparable effect that in-person gatherings had on real business goals.

We also discovered how few corporate event planners actually understood how to speak the language of their clients and translate their work into concrete business impact. Our passion is combining the creativity and warmth of events with the strategy and precision of your business goals.

While we are based in Orange County, we also plan corporate events in San Diego and Los Angeles.

All clients receive a personalized proposal that includes the full event design, vendor coordination, multiple planning meetings and day of coordination.
